Our team of concierges are here to assist our guests with enjoying the city of Cape Coral, but if you're looking for a quiet time and prefer to find those items on your own, we provide great info in our welcome binders!

    • Assistance for any question, at any hour during your stay.
    • Early check-in and Late check out if available)- In advance, we offer to add an additional night to either end of your stay for the nightly rate plus tax which will secure your early arrival or late departure! If you'd like to chance the availability and wait until 7 days or less prior to your arrival, the fee is $250. If still available 24 hours in advance the fee is $150. We do not allow same day requests for early check in or late check out.

    + Pets Allowed with exceptions: 

    •  *$85 non-refundable fee per dog (this does not cover extra cleaning, inside or out, after your pet)
